Cabinet finishes photograph differently to how they look in a room. A white that reads warm on a screen can read grey on your wall. Standing in front of the sample settles it in seconds.
Put the counter against the door
The pairing is what you actually live with, and it is the decision people most often get wrong from thumbnails. Here you can hold the slab sample against the door style and the backsplash tile at the same time.
Hear the hardware
Soft-closing doors and dovetail drawers sound different from the cheaper versions of themselves. The difference is easier to hear than to describe, and warranty terms come from the cabinet maker, in writing, before you order.
Leave with a layout, not a leaflet
Bring photographs of your room and rough dimensions and you can leave with layout ideas, material samples and a clear sense of the cost, in one visit.

Visiting the showroom

What are your showroom hours?
The showroom is open Mon–Sat 10am–5pm · Sunday closed. On-site project work runs 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and occasionally Saturdays.

Do I need an appointment to visit?
No — walk-ins are welcome during showroom hours. Appointments are recommended if you want a personalised consultation, because it means a designer is free to spend the time with you and can have relevant samples out before you arrive.

What should I bring?
Photographs of your kitchen or bathroom as it is now, any images of rooms you like, and rough measurements if you have them. We take proper design measurements at the property later, so approximate numbers are fine to start with.

What can I actually see there?
Samples of cabinets, countertop and backsplash material, tile and wood flooring, plus full displays of door styles and finishes. The cabinet and surface brands we carry are listed on the brands page.

Does the consultation cost anything?
No. The in-home consultation and the design conversation that starts in the showroom are both free, and you are not committed to anything by having them.

Do you offer custom design services?
Yes. Our designers produce CAD drawings for custom kitchen and bathroom layouts tailored to the room and how you use it, and you see those drawings alongside a written proposal before anything is ordered.
