What actually happens, from first visit to final walkthrough
Four steps, one person responsible for all of them, and a written price before anything is ordered.
Four things worth knowing up front
The consultation is free, and it is a design conversation
It is not a sales visit with a price at the end. A designer walks you through the showroom, then comes to the property to take measurements. You are not committed to anything by having it.
One person stays with you the whole way
The designer who draws your kitchen is the project manager who sees it fitted. There is no handoff to somebody reading your file for the first time, and no ambiguity about who to call.
On-site work runs 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Occasionally Saturdays. Knowing the working window in advance is the difference between a remodel you can live around and one you cannot — so it is stated before you sign, not after.
A written price before anything is ordered
The proposal arrives with the CAD design, before any contract is signed. You see the room and the price together, and the contract terms are gone through with you line by line at signing.
The four stages of a project

Free estimate and consultation
Your experience starts with one of our designers showing you around the 5,000 square foot showroom, where we carry samples of cabinets, countertop and backsplash material, tile and wood flooring, and more. We then arrange to come to the property to take design measurements.

CAD design and proposal approval
Once your design is complete, someone from our team follows up to schedule an appointment for you to review the drawings and approve the proposal. You see the room and the price together, before either is committed to.

Contract signing
Often done at the same appointment as the design and proposal approval. Your designer and project manager goes through every term of the contract and answers any remaining questions about it or the project.

Project commencement
Your designer and project manager stays with you throughout. Expect regular meetings to review progress. We handle all the trades and inspect their work at completion, which leaves you with little to nothing to coordinate yourself.

Questions people ask before the first appointment

What should I bring to the first consultation?
Photographs of the room as it is now, and any images of kitchens or bathrooms you like. Rough measurements help but are not necessary — we take proper design measurements at the property afterwards. Knowing your budget range makes the conversation far more useful, because it decides which cabinet lines and surfaces are worth showing you.

What happens at the first appointment?
You walk the samples in the showroom with a designer, talk through what is not working in your current room, and leave with layout ideas and a clear sense of what the project involves.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome during showroom hours. An appointment is recommended if you want a designer to spend the time with you rather than catch you between other visits.

Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We make sure the necessary permits are pulled and that the work meets code for each project. We also handle the trades and inspect their work at completion rather than leaving that coordination to you.

When do I get a price, and can it change afterwards?
You get a written proposal alongside the CAD design, before any contract is signed and before anything is ordered. The terms of that contract are gone through with you line by line at signing.

What are the showroom hours?
The Anaheim showroom is open Mon–Sat 10am–5pm · Sunday closed. On-site project work runs 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, and occasionally Saturdays.
