This month’s featured project takes us into the heart of Orange County, where our clients wanted to completely transform their kitchen and primary bathroom into something sleek, open, and modern.
They loved their home’s layout but felt stuck in a dated aesthetic—think heavy wood tones, busy countertops, and minimal lighting.
Clean lines, high-contrast color palettes, and elegant simplicity.
We were excited to bring it to life!
We started by gutting the original kitchen to make room for a more streamlined and functional layout. The new space features frameless European-style cabinetry in a high-gloss white finish, a clean, modern cabinet style. To create contrast and depth, we added a graphite gray island with waterfall quartz countertops, tying it all together with minimalist chrome hardware.
The client was especially drawn to the idea of a statement backsplash, so we installed a full-height textured tile backsplash in a soft concrete tone—offering subtle movement and a modern, organic look.
In the bathroom, we echoed the kitchen’s modern tone but introduced warmer elements for a spa-like retreat. The vanity features floating slab-front cabinets in rift white oak, paired with a sleek solid surface countertop in Carrara White. We added LED backlit mirrors and wall-mounted faucets for a hotel-inspired vibe.

The finished result is a bold yet balanced modern home that feels as good as it looks. With thoughtful storage, clean lines, and high-end materials, the space is now tailored perfectly to our clients’ lifestyle. From late-night dinners in the kitchen to relaxing evenings in the spa-style bath, every room now flows with intention and style.
