We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to help drive company success.
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Essential bookkeeping
- Other office tasks as needed
- Previous experience in office administration or related field, preferably in a construction environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Self-Motivated and able to manage work duties in fast-paced environment
- Friendly Demeanor in-person, as well as email and phone communications
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Full Time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Base pay range $15-20/hour based on skills and experience.
